By accessing or using ExamPro ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
ExamPro is an AI-powered exam preparation platform offering practice tests, personalised feedback, and study tools for internationally recognised English language exams including IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, and TOEIC. Some features are available for free; others require a paid subscription.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
ExamPro offers monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
5. Free Trial and Vouchers
Free sample exams are available without a subscription. Discount vouchers may be issued at our discretion and are subject to their own validity conditions. Vouchers cannot be combined, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ExamPro only for lawful, personal study purposes. You must not: share your account credentials with others; reproduce, redistribute, or sell any platform content; attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform; or use automated tools to access the service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on ExamPro — including exam questions, AI-generated feedback, explanations, images, and branding — is the exclusive property of ExamPro or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
8. AI-Generated Content
ExamPro uses artificial intelligence to generate practice questions, provide feedback, and grade responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. ExamPro does not guarantee that AI feedback will perfectly reflect official exam marking criteria.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ExamPro, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein. We take data security seriously and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
ExamPro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific exam score improvements or outcomes. Exam preparation results depend on many factors, including individual effort and ability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExamPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including failure to achieve a desired exam score.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of ExamPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
